Fosters & Partners New Development Projects

Fosters & Partners, internationally renowned architects, have announced a raft of new projects.

First up is a new luxury super yacht for YachtPlus. The yacht project, named Ocean Emerald, will be 41 metres long and will be able to hold a crew of seven alongside 12 guests. Four of these luxury yachts are planned. Investors looking to buy a part-share in one of these yachts will be able to purchase one-eighth of a yacht for around 1.9 million Euros. This share gives the investor up to 30 days aboard the yacht each year as well as the use of private jet and helicopter transfers.

Foster & Partners will also be working on a mixed use development near La Defense in Paris. Named the Hermitage Plaza, the development will feature two towers, 323 metres in height which, when built, will be the highest mixed use towers in Europe. The architects are hoping that work on the project will start early next year for completion in 2014.

The architect firm have also been drafted in to design four stations in Saudi Arabia. The stations will be for the country’s new high-speed rail link between Mecca and Madinah.
