“DON’T BUY IN BRAZIL” says AIPP Award-winning agent specialising in Brazil

Brazil specialist agent SPC Overseas has won the coveted AIPP award for Best Small Agent 2011 by warning potential clients not to buy property in the South American country.

    Having lived in brazil for 6 years and just about to leave for good, i would not invest in anything in this corrupt, crime ridden hell hole of a country. If you are asking fir a world of problems and falso crocked people all over the place, go ahead, I guarantee the misery will come down on you
    I have seen a lit if the world but this place is in a class all by itself. the moment you trust anyone here the problems will surely come.

    i have lived 12 years in brazil(usealy 6 months per year)and mainly north east brazil(bahia mostly)i have not had those problems maybe because i have not invested(although i almost invested once)but i have heard from one person who says the same stuff as you!…so what happened to cause you to say this?
